How to create a good body care routine

Once a week a well curated body care routine is essential, some prefer to shave their legs others not I will leave that up to you.
What is not negotiable is a ritual that takes care of the skin on your body and possibly be therapeutic for you too.
This is what we recommend at least once a month if you ave time on your hands make it one a week.
Dry Brushing
Why dry body brush?
Dry body brushing is a treatment that uses a dry brush to buff the skin in a particular way, its either done at home or in a spa by a professional using a special exfoliating brush to slough off the top layer of dead skin cells, smoothing its texture.

I have to say this is my personal favourite I get to give myself a massage and a scrub at the same time, It’s best to use a body scrub once per week to keep your skin soft and smooth from head to toe. Here’s how to add one to your body care routine:
Use lukewarm water; allow it to run for 5-10 minutes to soften the skin
Pause running water and apply the scrub in circular motions; start at your feet and move upwards towards your heart to enhance circulation
Maintain gentle pressure (don’t scrub too hard!)
Rinse thoroughly
