What has this last year and a half taught you about living well.

As for me a lot, all of a sudden I realised that I was going through life in autopilot In pursuit of happiness or is it money I actually don’t have clear perspective on which it is either.

But the clear message that was sent by the situation we all found ourself in is the fact that nothing is guarantee.

We are literally leaving on borrowed time and as much as we think tomorrow is a promise, that promise can be broken at anytime.

it time to start living life a good one for that.

Because it’s the only to live well.

it no longer enough to wait on permission to do the things you want, you have to push fear and the devil on your left shoulder away.

That will never stops but you have to keep silencing the voice that wants to keep your life mediocre and unfulfilled.

I don’t mean material stuff, what I am taking about is a life well lived in experiences, in serving others, in loving unconditionally, in gratitude and in well being.

This life is your canvas paint it

it with purpose and intent.

The magic is in the everyday

It’s the small things that I do and you can do everyday that will determine your quality of life and in the end will lead to the statement a life well-lived.

I have stopped yo-yo dieting

I celebrate big and small wins

I have stopped placing expectations on other people it only leads to disappointment.

I read feel good books, and watch films and documentaries that make me feel good for the most part.

Continuously educating myself through various means, podcast, YouTube videos, courses etc.

I watch less news, if something triggers a bad emotion in me and there is nothing I can do to rectify the situation, I cut it out of my life completely. I deprive myself of nothing within limits and make sacrifices where I need to but I also make sure I am not resentful of these sacrifice.

A life well-lived is the only way forward, because if done right one lifetime is enough.
