If you are a woman of a certain age, plus you have had kids.

The struggle of getting the right pair of stretchy mom jeans is real.

I am officially a UK size 16 bottom and 14 top, so you can only imagine the struggle to get clothes that fit without alteration.

A pair of high waisted mom Jeans is one of those pieces of clothes that don’t alter well.

That's just my opinion though.

So what are mom Jeans?

They are a pair of well fitting high waist slightly baggy jeans, the term mom jeans is slang, that was coined due to its popularity among middle aged women in the 90's.

They were quite the fashion item in late eighties into the early nineties popular among middle aged women as I said before, seen as an old people jean, by the younger generations.

Are mom jeans still in style 2022? No matter the decade, fashion trends have proven mom jeans will never go out of style. They are making a strong comeback even in 2022.

So when I found these mom jeans from H&M that fit perfectly I was probably the happiest I’ve been about a item of clothing.

So I tried them for over 3 months before

writing this post. I decided to wash them over and over firstly, then wear them a lot when I was satisfied I went ahead bought a few new pairs for myself.

Then decided to write a post about them just in case my blog post went viral and they sold out 🤣🤣🤣, LOL.
