First things first, pick shorts that suit your body shape.

I am bottom heavy my hips are out of control genetics and lack of exersise combined, that means I might need shape wear or high waisted shorts this can help me balance my features and tuck in those hips slightly giving the illusion of a slimmer waist.

A good quality pair that can be dressed up or down is what I always go for, the pair below is Pima cotton shorts from H&M not to tight if they are tight they will exentuate the features I don't want to highlight, these are perfect as they also happen to elongate my short legs.

I got the top from H&M too bought online as my local shop doesn't have a good selection at least not to my taste, so I rely on their website for almost everything I will get links to them or alternatives, affiliate links may be used.

Trainers are from Nike

Sunglasses are from Quay

To bring the look together as shown on the bottom picture; I added a statement fedora hat H&M man this time, it adds a hint of sophistication & dimension to the outfit.

Also exudes swag, stylish rich aunt vibes just what I was going for.

Bag is from Aspinal London and since I am a beauty maven too, allow me to talk about everything on my face as well;

More about that towards the end.

On my face

The face was beat ready to meet the gods, thanks to @exhuberancejoy on Instagram.

This is how she prepared it and the products she used.

My skincare routine doesn’t change much it’s linked here.

After preparing the base

We used a primer from their erborian matte cream,

What we where trying to achieve was cloud skin, which is all the hype at the moment the new alternative to glass skin, it was surely bound to happen eventually.

We are a generation of people who don't stick to one thing for too long we get bored way easy so we move on.

Cloud skin is the hybrid, no lets call it the love child between glass skin and matte skin, its all about a soft focus, dreamy haze the lite from within kind of look.

We can thank Zoom meetings for this trend

Have you heard of it yet?

Stories for other days.

We then Introduced a dewiness using Pai skincare impossible glow, I use we very loosely here it wasn't me.

This glowing serum brings the dreamy look to life, after the initial prep we went in with the foundation. For this we used a mix of L’Oréal skin paradise tinted water cream and Rimmel London lasting radiance medium coverage foundation.

Pixi endless silky eye pen urban decay brow endowe.

Mascara was from glossier lash slick with lash extensions added.

Lips

Anastasia Beverly Hills lip stick

Brows

Makeup Brushes and sponges

The sponges that we used where from primark; these where actually really good and came in different sizes, making the ideal for different product application, the makeup sponges where used to apply the cream and liquid products.

If you would like me to create a video of how we achieved the look it will have to be ASMR (autonomous sensory meridian response)
